This year marks five years since we started Affinity Consulting — a journey that began with a clear focus on SAP support, implementation, and consulting services. Over the years, our work has expanded in scope and impact, and today, I’m proud to share that we are stepping into a broader role: becoming a true digital transformation partner to our clients.

This shift reflects the evolving needs of the organizations we serve. They don’t just need ERP solutions—they need strategic, people-centered, and technology-enabled transformation. And to support this, I’m thrilled to welcome two exceptional professionals to the Affinity team.

Riza Wadood joins us in an advisory capacity, bringing over 30 years of leadership experience across IBM, Virtusa, and John Keells Group. His strength lies in advising C-level leaders on ERP-driven transformation and ensuring that large-scale programs deliver sustainable, measurable value. His strategic insight and board-level experience will be instrumental as we guide clients through increasingly complex digital journeys.

Irshad Halaldeen joins us as an Advisory Consultant in OD and Change Management. With a unique blend of academic rigor and leadership roles across banking, manufacturing, and renewable energy, Irshad brings a people-first approach to change. His ability to connect systems thinking with organizational behavior will help us support clients in achieving transformation that sticks.
